What is your greatest strength and greatest weakness?

Thank you for your question.I think my biggestadvantage is self-discipline.I'm able to complete thetasks efficiently and I like to organize issues ahead oftime.Apart from that,I have a strong sense ofresponsibility which helps meto devote myself to studyand improve my ability at the same time.When I facedifficulty,I can keep positive and calm down instantly.

As for my weakness,I think sometimes I may thinktoo much when I handle problems.Right now, I'mdeveloping my ability to be independent and decisive,I' m pretty sure that I will overcome this shortcoming infuture study.
